Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
3 to 5 years’ experience in QA/QC for steel fabrication or manufacturing
Certifications preferred: CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI, ASNT Level II (UT, RT, MT, PT)
Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and quality standards
Proficient in reading technical drawings and NDT methods
Excellent documentation and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated steel components and materials
Perform destructive and non-destructive testing to ensure quality
Document and report non-conformances and follow up corrective actions
Assist Senior QA/QC Engineer to enhance quality management systems
Provide feedback to improve fabrication processes
Participate in training programs
