ERP System Analyst

↚  

Drive innovation and efficiency in logistics by optimizing ERP systems that keep supply chains moving smoothly. Join our team and be the catalyst for smarter operations.


Responsibilities

Analyze logistics operations to identify ERP improvement opportunities.


Customize and manage ERP systems supporting shipping, inventory, and delivery workflows.


Troubleshoot daily system issues for operations, drivers, and reception.


Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of ERP security profiles and user roles.


Generate reports and dashboards for logistics and financial teams.


Train new employees on ERP systems and updates.


Monitor shipment, storage, and inventory data.


Coordinate with government systems such as Kuwait Post and IPS.


Address issues from Al Sheraa customer mobile applications.


Prepare regular reports for internal departments and ministry compliance.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics IT, or related fields.


Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis or ERP support, preferably in logistics or supply chain.


Proficiency with ERP platforms like Exceed, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.


Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.


Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.


Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
