Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in person.


Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and resolve them promptly.


Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and maintain technical documentation.


Assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment and software.


Monitor and maintain the health of IT infrastructure and systems.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar customer support role.


Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.


Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.


Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
