reputable General Trading Company seeks motivated Junior Mechanical Engineers ready to grow in a dynamic work environment.


Benefits:

Competitive salary range of 230–280 KD/month depending on experience


Work schedule: Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Transferable Article 18 Visa


Location: Al Rai, Kuwait


Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering


Fresh graduates encouraged to apply


Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP knowledge a plus


Fluent in English


Responsibilities:


Assist procurement and sales teams with purchase requests, quotations, and customer communication


Enter and maintain data in ERP for procurement and sales


Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries


Track order statuses and prepare reports


Manage documentation such as purchase orders and invoices


Support vendor evaluation and pricing comparisons


Provide general administrative assistance

دبلوم أو درجة في الهندسة الميكانيكية

إجادة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (Excel, Word, Outlook)، ومعرفة بـ ERP ميزة


الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية


المسؤوليات:

مساعدة فرق المشتريات والمبيعات في طلبات الشراء وإعداد العروض والتواصل مع العملاء


إدخال وصيانة البيانات في نظام ERP


التنسيق مع المستودع واللوجستيات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد


متابعة أوضاع الطلبات وإعداد التقارير


إدارة المستندات مثل أوامر الشراء والفواتير


دعم تقييم الموردين ومقارنة الأسعار


تقديم الدعم الإداري العام
