Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks: filing, scanning, document control, data entry.
Draft letters, reports, and memos.
Manage phones, emails, and office correspondence.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Support HR and accounting teams.
Oversee office supply needs and general coordination.

هل لديك موهبة في إدارة العمليات المكتبية وخبرة في قطاع الهندسة أو المعمار؟ هذه فرصتك للانضمام إلى شركة محترمة في مدينة الكويت.
المزايا:
راتب: 450–500 دينار كويتي.

تنسيق الاجتماعات وجدولة المواعيد.
دعم فرق الموارد البشرية والمحاسبة.
متابعة مستلزمات المكتب والتنسيق العام.
