Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
2–3+ years of sales/business development experience in steel fabrication or construction in Kuwait
Knowledge of API 650/653, ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, ASME Sec IX codes
Ability to interpret P&IDs, isometrics, GA/detail drawings
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Kuwait driving license preferred, willingness to visit yard/sites
Responsibilities
Business development and client engagement with EPCs, contractors, refineries, and utilities
Manage RFQs, tenders, pricing, and proposals
Coordinate technical clarifications, site surveys, and align delivery with engineering and production teams
Plan marketing campaigns and maintain CRM pipeline
Meet or exceed sales targets and provide market insights
