Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management


Strong leadership and communication skills


Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations


Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings


Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control


Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)


Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and kitchen workflow


Train, supervise, and motivate staff
