This is a full-time on-site role located in Salmiya as a Secretary at Wall Street Exchange. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, receiving visitors, handling phone calls, correspondence, documentation and carrying out tasks as instructed by Chairman. You will be responsible for maintaining office supplies and making sure the office is organized and clean. You will also provide support to other departments as required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Degree or equivalent diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented with a warm and professional demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and internet applications
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
