Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Mishmash Kuwait in Ardhiya. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, managing phone etiquette, carrying out receptionist duties, and utilizing clerical skills.

Qualifications

Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Previous experience in a receptionist and/or customer service role
Ability to multitask and handle multiple calls effectively
Competent clerical skills such as filing, organizing, and recordkeeping
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clients feel welcomed and attended to
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team
Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant training or certification in customer service and/or receptionist duties.
