1-Optical Consultant - Vision Express - Kuwait

Overview:

Our Optical Consultants work within Vision Express stores across Kuwait to provide a professional and friendly service to our customers.

We are looking for professionals who will build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend products accordingly. You will maintain consistently high standards of the store as well as enjoy interacting with customers on a daily basis.

To apply for this store-based role it is essential that you are experienced within an Optical store.

You will have:

Optical sales experience
Transferable Residency Visa (#18) for expats.

2-Department Manager - H&M - Kuwait

The Role:
As the Department Manager you will train, develop, and lead a department team to maximise sales and reduce stock loss, working alongside them on the shop floor in order to demonstrate and drive an excellent standard of customer service.

You will ensure that all Sales Associates are highly motivated and knowledgeable about the brand, and you will also deputize for the Store and Assistant Store Manager during periods of absence.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • At least 3 years retail experience.
  • The ability to efficiently delegate tasks amongst a team, negotiate with customers and colleagues, and interview new hires, as needed.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Commercially aware and business orientated.

3-Head Cashier - Harvey Nichols - Kuwait

The Role:
As Head Cashier you will ensure the control and secure handling of cash and daily banking and assist with refunds/exchanges as well as undertake administrative responsibilities for store records/documentation.

You will also train and coach the cashiers to improve performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Cash handling and banking experience.

4-Cashier - Harvey Nichols - Kuwait

The Role:

As a cashier you will handle all payment transactions smoothly and efficiently. In addition to the customer-facing responsibilities you will process the daily banking and administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • You will need to have previous administration and cash handling experience.

5-Sales Associate - Harvey Nichols - Kuwait

The Role:

As a Sales Associate you will work as an individual and as part of a team to provide customers with a complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience in order to maximise sales.

You will also ensure that you have the most up-to-date product knowledge, that stock loss risks are minimised, and that the brand is represented to the required standard.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A passion for customer service.
  • The ability to carry out manual duties, stand for long periods of time, and lift light to medium loads.
  • Basic IT skills.

6-Stylist - Jo Malone - Kuwait

The Role:

As a Stylist, you will work as an individual and as a team member.
You will fully follow all operating procedures, and provide customers with complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience to maximise sales, ensuring that the brand is represented to required  standards, and that stock loss risks are absolutely minimised.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience working in a salon, spa or boutique, selling high-end products.
  • Excellent Communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • A talent for identifying the unique notes of a fragrance, even when combined in a personally tailored scent.
  • A sophisticated and relaxed demeanor, able to make customers feel at ease.
  • An overall passion for fragrance.

7-Commi II - Babel - Kuwait

The Role:

The role of the Commi II in the kitchen team is to ensure that all stock is received, stored and prepared in line with the company's high standards.

You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the food preparation areas.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A desire to learn and progress within the kitchen team.
  • A real passion for food.
  • A strong team player.
  • Previous experience with handling deliveries and storing goods is also desirable.
